Tropical Sun’s Tandoori Masala uses only the finest ingredients to create the perfect blend of herbs and spices that is ideal for capturing the authentic taste of Asian cuisine. Traditionally associated with cooking in a clay pot, known as the Tandoor, our Masala can be used as a marinade with fish, chicken, lamb as well as paneer and cooked on a griddle or BBQ to create the deep red colour and full, rich flavour of Tandoori dishes. It can also be added to curries to provide an additional layer of exotic flavour.
