Nigerian Brown Beans are small light brown beans which are used in an array of Nigerian dishes. This versatile bean is used in the famous Nigerian dishes called Moyin Moyin and Gbegiri soup. Though called a soup, Gbegiri has the consistency of a stew and also can be served with rice.
